Jackson's Bistro opened on Harbour Island in 1997 and is one of the only waterfront venues in Tampa. Because it is locally owned and independently managed, Jackson's can keep up with the demands of an ever-evolving Tampa and deliver the upscale experience and tremendous value that our customers demand.

Fantasy Friday Jackson’s most popular night elevates the standard for Tampa clubbing. Fantasy Fridays provides a diverse blend of sound in every room. Inside the lounge the music is a selection of 80’s and 90’s while the Bistro Bar bumps house music all night long. On the waterfront terrace and VIP, the DJ mixes an eclectic selection on Top 40 that continues to keep the crowd live. This night caters to an upscale party crowd and is brings in some of the most beautiful women in the bay. VIP tables and cabanas are available nightly.
